In 2019, twenty-five students from the Anba MòN farming community were enrolled into a vocational training school. The initial, funding was provided by Black Women's Blueprint (BWB).

The students participated in seven different programs-Tiling, window technician, plumbing, informatics (computer literacy), tailoring, cosmetology, and culinary. Our 1st Cohort-Tiling and Window Technician graduated this January of 2021. This is a great accomplishment for these eight students who didn't envision this opportunity in their future.

Presently, the 7 tilers are enrolled in an apprenticeship program to sharpen their skills. They are in needs of tools to continue to practice. We are asking for your support in our fundraising effort to supply each student with their own set of tools
